TheQuantHackers prioritizes data minimization. We only collect information that is strictly necessary for platform functionality and user communication.

TheQuantHackers uses Google Sign-In to enable secure account creation and login. When you choose to sign in with Google, you authorize Google to share specific profile information with TheQuantHackers.

Account authentication data collected via Google Sign-In or GitHub Sign-In (email, name, profile picture, and identity provider identifiers) is stored securely in Supabase's PostgreSQL database, specifically in the auth.users table.
Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of this data. All authentication data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
We also utilize Resend as a transactional email service provider for account-related communications and notifications. Both Supabase and Resend are third-party data processors bound by data processing agreements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising brokers.
Third-party service providers (Supabase for authentication storage, Resend for transactional email, Google and GitHub for identity verification) process your data strictly as necessary to provide platform services.
We do not embed third-party advertising trackers or invasive behavioral profiling scripts.
We implement technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS encryption, TLS transport security, strict API controls, and database access restrictions) to protect your submissions and authentication data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to address your inquiry or comply with legal requirements.
Account authentication data (email, name, profile picture, GitHub username) is retained for as long as your account remains active on TheQuantHackers. If you delete your account, this data is permanently removed from our systems.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated authentication data at any time.
